The earlier the better — especially for weekends in spring and summer. We typically recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead for weekends, but we can sometimes squeeze in last-minute requests. Just call or text and we’ll tell you immediately what’s available.
Yes — delivery is added to every order, but it’s flat-rate and depends on your zip code. Most Northeast Atlanta addresses fall between $20–$60. We’ll include it on your quote up front so there are no surprises at delivery.
A small deposit holds your date. We’ll send a quick confirmation with everything in writing — date, time, items, address, total. The remainder is due on delivery day.
Yes — we accept cards, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, or cash. Whatever’s easiest for you.
Things happen — we get it. If you cancel with at least 7 days notice, your deposit is fully refundable or transferrable to a future date. Within 7 days we’ll always work with you to reschedule. Severe weather cancellations are always honored as reschedules at no charge.
Yes — that’s included. We deliver, fully set up, anchor the inflatable, run a safety check, and at the end of the event we come back to take everything down. You don’t lift a finger.
For our standard 13×13 bounce house, plan on at least 15×15 feet of flat space, plus 4 feet of clearance overhead. Slide combos need a longer footprint — usually 28–32 feet long. If you’re not sure, send us a photo of your yard and we’ll tell you what fits.
Yes — we use sandbag anchoring on concrete, asphalt, or any hard surface. Grass is preferred (we use stakes), but hard surfaces are no problem.

We give you a delivery window the day before your event and confirm by text the morning of. Setup is always done before your guest arrival time — that’s the whole point.
Every. Single. Time. We sanitize after every event with kid-safe cleaner. Our equipment is inspected before every delivery — torn seams, tired blowers, anything off — and replaced or repaired before it goes out again.
Most of our standard inflatables are rated for ages 3 and up. Slide combos and water combos are best for ages 4 and up. We always recommend separating big-kid bounce time from little-kid bounce time so no one gets accidentally bumped.
Light rain is usually fine — bounce houses are weather-resistant. Heavy rain, lightning, or wind over 15 mph is a no-go for safety reasons. We monitor weather closely and will reach out the day before if conditions look risky. We always reschedule weather cancellations free.
Yes — we carry general liability insurance on all of our equipment and events. We can provide certificate of insurance on request for venues that require it.
Yes — adult supervision is required at all times during use. We’ll go over safety guidelines with you at delivery, including capacity limits and weather watches. Most of it is common sense (no shoes, no flips, no piling on), and we make it easy to follow.
Absolutely — tables and chairs are individually priced. Mix and match whatever you need. Same goes for table linens, coolers, and propane heaters.
Comfortably 30–50 guests with our 2-table, 16-chair combo. If you have more guests, we can suggest tables & chair counts or pair tents if needed.
Most events are same-day, but overnight rentals are sometimes possible — depends on the bookings around yours. Ask when you book and we’ll see what we can do.
Yes — we work regularly with schools, churches, daycares, and businesses across Northeast Atlanta. We can provide a certificate of insurance and W-9 for any commercial booking.
